ArtSide Cookie Policy

1.What this policy covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies — including browser storage — that ArtSide uses, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Notice.

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way and are covered by the same rules.

2.What ArtSide uses today

Strictly necessary — No consent required (essential to provide the service you request)

  • Authentication and session storage set when you sign in, so that you stay signed in and your account data loads securely.
  • Security and abuse-prevention tokens used to protect sign-in, checkout and generation requests.

Preferences — No consent required where it only remembers a display choice you made

  • A small cookie that remembers whether the side navigation panel is expanded or collapsed.

Analytics — Not currently set as a cookie

  • ArtSide records product events (for example that a generation started or a print check ran) in its own database against your account. This is first-party usage data rather than a third-party analytics cookie.

Marketing / advertising — Not used

  • ArtSide does not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not currently use third-party advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies.

3.Cookies set by our providers

Some cookies and storage are set by the providers that operate parts of ArtSide:

  • Our authentication and backend provider sets the session storage that keeps you signed in.
  • Our payment provider, Stripe, may set cookies within its embedded checkout to process your payment securely and to prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's own policies.
  • Our hosting platform may set strictly necessary cookies needed to deliver and protect the site.

5.Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you control them per site. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use the studio.

Signing out of ArtSide clears your session storage on that device.
